What is NuEyes e2+.

NuEyes e2+ Smartglasses is a small wearable compact yet powerful head worn device. NuEyes e2+ makes it possible for visually impaired to see with 4K ultra HD screen  again while keeping their hands free and without big machines. It’s very easy to use. Just press power button and put on your head, that’s it. No need of phone or any other accessory.

How does NuEyes e2+ work?

NuEyes e2+ is very easy to use having only three buttons to control the device.

  • First Button : This button works as variable magnifier. Chose options depending on what you want to do like read, watch TV or look at a loved one’s face.
  • Second Button : This button choose from different contrast settings depending on your eye condition.
  • Third Button : The third and final button is for OCR/text to speech. In case eyes get tired let the OCR or Optical Character Recognition read the text to you.

As any good tech story starts, NuEyes was founded in their garage in 2013 with working prototypes and basic software algorithms that were then tested out by the same patients for validation before the company was officially launched in 2016. NuEyes has now scaled to four key products with a fifth coming in 2021.
